On the menu prepared by Catharina’s Humble Head Chef Garth Almazan who recently was a part of the #Chefswhoshare sounds simply delicious.

This time round the participating Wine Farms are Le Riche, Flagstone, Drift Wines, Beau Constantia, Constantia Glen, Groot Constantia, Steenberg, Graham Beck.
