Every month Executive Chef Scott Shepherd and his team, pairs with various wines farms and bring us a gastronomical experience. Each evening is better than the other and no one is the same.
Our love affair with Le Franschhoek Hotel & Spa started about a year ago and I can honestly say we feel right at home now. The reception, hotel, restaurant and waitstaff are all so friendly and helpful, they really do go the extra mile for their guest.
