One of the few things about Winter I do like is the change of Menus and also the specials I mean come on guys who doesn’t like a special 😉 .
One of the V&A Waterfronts most lavish restaurants also came to the party with their Winter special.

Springbok carpaccio served with a Balsamic reduction dressing and Gaufrette Potato
Duck liver pâté served with an Apple Chutney and Bruschetta
Spiced fried baby Calamari served with crispy Vegetables and a spicy Peanut dressing
Tomato Tarte Tatin served with a mixed milk Feta and Balsamic reduction
Roasted sautéed Vegetable salad Served with Cherry Tomatoes and roasted Nuts
Arancini Mozzarella Truffle aioli
Mini sushi platter Four-piece seared Tuna sashimi and four-piece Salmon roses
Roasted Tomato and Basil soup Served with toasted Bread wafers

Second course choices
Beef ribs Slow-braised, deboned and grilled with an XO basting
Petite fillet Pommes croquette, Tomato and Onion chutney
Marinated Springbok served with a Cherry Chutney, pomme purée and roasted baby Onions
Butter Chicken curry served with a Tomato and Herb salsa and Coriander
Tandoori Chicken breast served in a creamy curry sauce and with Basmati rice
Roasted Potato gnocchi served with a Mushroom sauce, Mozzarella and Parmesan
Baby Calamari served in a Basil pesto, Lemon beurre blanc and with Basmati rice
Kingklip Served in a lemon beurre blanc and with crushed Potatoes
Main Sushi platter Eight-piece Tuna crunch, four-piece Salmon roses and a two-piece Prawn nigiri
