Situated in Camps Bay, it’s the perfect setting to view the stunning Cape Town sunset. Part of the Kove Collection of Restaurants, we were excited to see what this one had to offer, having visited some of the other restaurants in the group before.
Guests have a choice of either outside or inside seating but from wherever you are seated you will always have a view of the beautiful deep blue sea.
This evening we had the pleasure of enjoying their 3 course Set Winter Menu.

We would recommend any of the Starters they were all very good and substantial in size. The Mussels are excellent value for money. If you love Spicy then the Spicy Chicken Livers is for you. The Popcorn added another dimension to the Sweetcorn velouté which I loved.
As far as mains go the Grilled Line fish which was Kabeljou was really good. The Oxtail was cooked to perfection pity the cauliflower purée packed no punch and the cauliflower chips were non-existent. The Butternut Risotto was a bit stodgy, as I am a bit of a risotto enthusiast, I always gravitate towards it should it appear on any menu. I was a bit disappointed. Unfortunately the Chicken was quite tough and overcooked. We alerted the waitress and the manager did offer a complimentary Dom Pedro.
Our ending didn’t go much better, the Tiramisu, which we all were so looking forward to, was off to our mind, but the Panna Cotta and Chocolate Tart went down a treat.
The Cocktails were also quite good, so some hits and some miss’s, but as usual a good time was had by all.
