Chef Scot Kirton does it yet again, this time he has teamed up with Stephen Raaff and Protégé Restaurant was born.
The hostess, waiters were all very attentive and the food was good.
They offer two options of menu, The Chef’s Menu and the Small Plates Menu.

We really loved most of the dishes, the only one which really wasn’t a hit was the Korean Fried Chicken perhaps instead of the drumsticks, strips would be better.
Hands down best dish was the Edamame Beans, loved that!!!
